I just received my lifepro yesterday, and unpacked it today. It was easy to set up and I used it for two minutes while sitting at my desk. It worked and made my legs feel tingly. I will read the instructions and check out poses and workouts online.

Out of the box ready to use! I bought this for increased bone density, improved balance, lymphatic drainage and improved posture. Reading the manual and looking forward to watching some videos and improving my overall health. First impression is the vibration is deeper than I thought from just my first few minutes to try it out.
