What A Great Christmas Gift

Using this for 2 days now (3 x per day) You can just feel a difference. Feels like a little workout from the gym. I go to the gym 4 days per week and this will help supplement those days an give me additional mini workouts on the remaining 3 days of the week. Glad our daughter and SIL got this.

Never Seen Anything Like This

I had never seen anything like this until I saw it at my local gym. I asked the trainer about it and he showed me how to use it. I loved it immediately. Now, I use it every time I'm at the gym.
