My body feels better in the morning when I get up. I would be sore and achy, I’m not feeling that since I have been using the vibration plate.

I wasn't even looking for this kind of device when I'd went to the store. Actually went to look at an exercise bike but then I saw this on the shelf. An exercise bike would've taken up a lot of space in my small apartment anyway and bought the Waver Mini instead. Not only does it not take up space but really does feel like I'm getting a work-out on it when I stand on it. Plus it really helps alleviate the pain I've had in my back for years! Now looking forwards to my work-outs'!
