I just received the Waver Mini yesterday, and used it today for the first time. What a great feeling after 15 minutes at the lowest speed (suggested for beginners). I did feel a tad itchy on my thighs after about 10 minutes in, but that went away a few minutes after the workout. I'm anxious to see the benefits this will provide.

I live a fairly sedentary life and my back, hips, and knees have paid the price. I needed to find a way to move a bit to see if my pain would go away. I've only had the machine for a couple of days now, but my pain seems to have already started subsiding, to the point that I actually want to move and walk. I've thrown away money on a lot less so I will call this an absolute win.

I can really feel my lower back strengthening, and my glutes were really engaging when I squat while on the plate. I’m excited to see the long term results. The vibration genuinely shifted my mood and I got the chills a few times, in a good way!

Unit does not work 1st day after opening

Hey there I just got a life pro fitness recovery waver and I am having an issue right out of the box. When I turn the switch on by the plug it lights up and shows power. The unit will then come on with the control panel lighting up. The unit will show a 15 minute timer which is the default and can increase intensity both on the control panel of the unit and on the remote. The vibration plate will not stay on past 5 minutes and ends up shutting itself off. Once off the unit will not power back on. If I then unplug the unit and plug it back in the light on the back by plug will be lit showing power however the control unit display on top will not power on or show any numbers and the remote will not work.
This happened directly out of the box on the first time of use. I went back after about 10 minutes and the unit powered on and worked for about 5 minutes then shut down and will not power back on.
