In just a few short days, I already love this machine! I look forward to getting on it, and it has actually helped with my sinuses believe it or not. I’m looking forward to seeing results in my legs regarding better tone and muscle. I sit all day for work, so I also believe this has helped with the swelling in my ankles.

Using the vibration plate has been an amazing experience for me. It not only helped to relieve my stress but also made my body feel lighter and more energized. I just received the Waver Mini yesterday, and used it today for the first time. What a great feeling after 15 minutes at the lowest speed (suggested for beginners). I did feel a tad itchy on my thighs after about 10 minutes in, but that went away a few minutes after the workout. I'm anxious to see the benefits this will provide.

I live a fairly sedentary life and my back, hips, and knees have paid the price. I needed to find a way to move a bit to see if my pain would go away. I've only had the machine for a couple of days now, but my pain seems to have already started subsiding, to the point that I actually want to move and walk. I've thrown away money on a lot less so I will call this an absolute win.
