I just received my Lifepro waver mini and tried it for the first time. It’s a very solid, quality feeling machine. I feel very secure standing on it and there is plenty of space considering it’s called a mini. I’m excited to see my results as time goes on.

Felt instantly energised and very happy - it's easy to use BUT the instructions of hertz and speed and time are very confusing for someone new to this, and even looking online if I look up speed it goes straight to hertz. I'm lost!
