I’ve only had my waver mini for a couple of days but so far am enjoying it and do find it brings blood circulation and heat to my legs. I have lymphatic drainage issues and liver issues so I’ll keep positive this will help.

used first time and did it for 10 min. I have had brain surgery so balance is none existent . So i hold on to something close by while using for now. I can really feel it all the way up my back. Really looking for this to help with balance and keep blood flowing. Hopefully blood pressure down and bones stronger . Hoping to start to work on muscle building also which i struggle with after loosing lots of weight. Ill see and let you know how it is going.
