So far, so good!

This was recommended by my Physical Therapist to address dysautonomia that comes along with my hEDS and POTS diagnoses. Day 1, started slow, feels great so far! Fits right under my desk but can be moved away when I’m ready to progress to sitting/standing.

I’ve been using the vibration plate for about 20 days now and I really love it! The mini is perfect and honestly you don’t event need a bigger size because it’s the perfect size. It has so many settings so it’s perfect for everyone and the attachments make it great for recovery and working out.

I received this as a Christmas gift and was not familiar with vibration. I have been using it daily and really enjoying it. I can't wait to start seeing some results .
All I know is that i have been having a great time vibrating and it feels so nice on my body after a full day of working and being on my feet!!
