The vibration doesn't seem to be too intense, at first. When you use the wavermini for full cycles you can definitely feel the effects on the muscle groups you're working.

I bought this hoping it might help with my back pain, and honestly, I’m impressed. After just one session, I felt noticeable relief that lasted for several hours. It’s a weird sensation at first, but not uncomfortable. I’ll update later if anything changes, but so far—worth it.

This wavermini challenges my proprioceprion. I understand your body and mind must go through these challenges to improve balance, but is scary at the start. Luckily, Lifepro makes the scary more manageable!
