Great Workout

I used it once and my lower back pain was reduced that same day. My husband is now also using it. It's easy to use while watching tv and with smaller size fits in our little livingroom easily.

I just received this product, and it was packaged nicely. Came with all of the accessories as promised. I have been using it for a few days and honestly haven't taken it past level 4. It is invigorating for sure.

Great machine. I think it has helped mu balance, and I think it has also helped me to relax before bedtime. I'd certainly buy it again, and in fact I also recently purchased a Waver. Also a great machine.

I purchased this to help with lymphatic drainage. I’ve been trying to use it every evening. This seems to really loosen my body up and I feel very relaxed afterword. It definitely engages your muscles and I feel like it helps with bloating. I haven’t exercised yet on it as I am trying to get used to it, but I am excited to. So far, it seems promising!
