Have only used this platform one day, but I love how it makes me feel. My primary reason for purchasing is to build bone density. Since I have osteoporosis in my hip, I hope to see good results.

This vibration plate has really helped with my lymphatic drainage. I now look forward to the other benefits of fat loss and muscle growth.
