Have only had it unbound for 30 minutes, so I don't know how well it will help. But it is fairly large for something sold as "mini" but that is good for me. And have done two 10 minute sessions on it.

Small yet mighty

I bought the wave pro mini for my wife to aid with lymphatic drainage etc.. Thought I'd give it a go to see if I felt any difference on my muscles after sports activity. Wow! The muscle burn is deep and also helped loosen up some areas. I recommend this to any sports people out there. It really hits the spot.

I can't believe how much I thoroughly enjoy my vib plate and its so easy to implement into my fitness routine. I've lost #74 since Nov of 2025 and this product will allow me in getting to my goal weight of #125. I only wish that I had bought it before now.
