My product will not charge items from the type C ports. I was trying to work through the warranty process for a new one to be sent, but have been unsuccessful as of yet. They want pictures of the item, but pictures do not show the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm very unhappy. I got this charger 2 months ago. I was really looking forward to it and was very disappointed. Try to go through warranty is a joke. I don't think I will ever buy another OtterBox product again if this can't get fixed.
