Great with new puppy

Makes cleaning fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was such a cool product to have. Not only does this work on carpet, but also tile, wood and pretty much all surfaces. There were so many options and way to clean. As you can see this tool could fit into a small spot or broken down to place into a shelf or confined space. I absolutely loved the portability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good mop! Gets the job done and I like that it has so many uses and comes with a lot of different parts so you can use it many places in your home. On the flip side, coming with a lot of different parts it will be hard to keep them all together and not lose them all. They don’t all connect to the device so everything won’t stay together. It does feel cheap in comparison to a Shark mop for example but overall does the job!

Works great but takes time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product comes with so many different attachments which I truly appreciate. The diversity of all the attachments is why I rate it so highly. However, I wish this had a section feature as it just pushes my dogs hair around instead of cleaning it. I have to remove the hair another way which is an extra step. Secondly, the reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is because it takes really long to clean. I almost clean faster with a huge steaming towel which covers more surface area. However the mop is more precise but just takes longer time.

Very handy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised by how many accessories this steam mop came with. There are many different ways you can clean with this thing. I’ll use it most often to just steam floors, but the glass cleaning attachment and the grout scrubbing attachments are nice to have too. It’s a bit difficult to get any remaining water out if you finish using it before the water runs out, but overall easy to use.

Great in theory - but trying too hard to do it all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PurSteam 12-in-1 Steam Mop is, in theory, a workhorse. It can be used steam practically anything you’d want to steam around the house. From sealed wood floors to carpets and rugs to grout in tile. Beyond flooring, it can tackle steaming clothes, furniture, curtains, and then use it for cleaning from removing light dust on walls and baseboards to stuck on gunk on the stove plus showers and tubs and much more. It was actually overwhelming unpacking the steam mop - lots of parts and the instruction manual gives pretty minimal direction. Fortunately, assembly is relatively simple. The parts click together and the steamer itself is simple to use - just fill up the tank (similar to how you would an iron) and turn the knob to the level of steam you want. The steamer unfortunately feels cheaply made. It doesn’t have the feel of a workhorse household appliance. And it doesn’t a mediocre job at a number of tasks I tried including steaming fabrics and steaming my stove top— plus the steam sprays when cleaning too close which can burn you if you’re not careful. I found the steamer did a decent job on my grout and floors though it was quite difficult to push on low pile rugs. Don’t think it will be good on thicker, high pile carpets. While I could see this being nice to have if you have limited storage space for multiple tools or live in a smaller space, I think this one is trying too hard to do too many things so doesn’t do many well. I do appreciate the extra long power cord on it - it would make using for multiple purposes in a small space convenient. Also, it only holds enough water to run continuously for 12 minutes. Not nearly long enough, in my opinion to knock out chores like cleaning a bathroom full of grout.
