Since I struggle with knee issues, I needed something that could go easy on my joints. This low-impact treadmill is just the thing I needed. I love running, without the fear of aggravating my pain. Plus the convenience of having a full-body workout machine at home is unbeatable, it almost feels like therapy for my body and mind.
