This treadmill is my secret weapon! Since I started using the Echelon Stride-6, I've seen a huge improvement in my cardiovascular health and endurance. The built-in workout programs are challenging but effective, and the variety keeps me from getting stuck in a rut. Plus, the incline feature is amazing for burning those extra calories. I feel stronger and more energized every day!"

I love that the Echelon Stride-6 treadmill has a built-in tablet holder. It's perfect for watching my favorite fitness YouTubers or taking virtual running tours. The Bluetooth connectivity also allows me to track my workouts with my favorite fitness app.

Love the small features included

I didn't even realize that you could go by increments of .1 or 1 on the handlebars, indicated by the color, and you can lock it! It is so much easier to increase the speed this way when you are running. Also love that you can add your own device to watch something or connect to the app or you can just see the stats on screen when not connected.
