Enjoying the bike

Recently purchased this bike. Assembled myself in about 30 minutes which was nice. Very new to all this technology. Wish there was a short video tutorial on how to use the bike such as resistance, programming, lighting but I am getting there slowly. I have enjoyed echelon worlds so far but wish there was more level options than easy medium hard. Easy and medium seem to easy (i am not an avid biker either) hard is a good challenge. Love the race like option and hope echelon keeps expanding in that area! Overall happy so far with the bike! Very smooth and quiet.

Great for my ADHD brain

As someone with major ADHD, staying focused during workouts is usually impossible. But this bike keeps my brain busy enough to actually finish a workout! Between the music, instructor, and leaderboard, there's enough going on to keep me engaged. Sometimes it's almost too much stimulation tho, especially during HIIT rides. But overall, it's been great for my squirrel brain.

After a couple of weeks

My wife and I were able to put it together ourselves without difficulty which was a plus and savings. The bike rides nicely without noise and the magnetic flywheel is very smooth. The bluetooth speed change buttons included in the package are very helpful. The screen being curved is nice but seems a little bit hard to reach even with the seat all the way forward. I would like to connect my apple watch for the heart rate to the unit but haven't figured out if that is possible yet.

The bike offers a comfortable ride though we keep her a click come from the inside of the bike. Also, the lights stay on after the ride is complete.

Love my Bike

This is my 2nd bike. The 1st bike was the 5 and was great I upgraded about a year ago to the EX-8s. It's very similar to previous bike but the 8s has the different color lights on it, they change with your HR which is really cool I think. These bikes have changed my life. The instructors are amazing!! They make exercising fun! That whole Echelon community is family!!

This bike is everything it says it is and more. The only problem I have is deciding on riding the bike or using the rowing machine. Right now the rowing machine is winning.

I love the bike. Assembly was not a 1-person job, so that made it a little more difficult. Connection to the internet has been an issue so I got a hotspot but the computer on the bike is not super-intuitive about changing the connection. Settings etc. feel very locked down so it's not easy to change between wifi connections. As far as the EXPERIENCE goes (most important in my book) the classes have been great. I especially have enjoyed taking advantage of the variety of classes offered. I bought the bike for cardio training, but have found plenty of great strength and flexibility classes. Thanks again for that!
