Heavy piece of equipment

Looks like it would be a solid piece of equipment if it actually worked. Missing the communication wires on one side so it won’t turn on. CS making it difficult to return the equipment. caveat emptor

Item was on back-order without website reflecting

purchased the Summit Stairmill on February 25th. Got and email stating it would be delayed on the 2nd of March. Been in the dark with updates since then. If i was aware that the item was on back-order and if the website reflected that, might have gone an alternate route. been over a month with no progress updates being made. Feels like bad business practice to not let consumers know status of available equipment. To this day their website doesn't reflect the month back-order.

Months later… Never received!

Caution! I ordered this back in January and it still hasn’t been shipped. I called today (April 10th) and was told they do not have any estimates for when it will be shipped. I was really looking forward to the product and would have appreciated the transparency during the ordering process.
