Not bad once we figured it out. Selecting the operation mode is not straight forward. Must read the instruction manual several times to get it to work.

Good, except for my question below.

When I set it for "Broil" -- The two bottom elements heat up (I don't think they should) and only the two outside elements of the four on top heat up (I think all four on top should heat). In other words, Broil acts the same as Bake. Please tell me whether or not this is as it should be.
