Had to test it out to get it to work right, instruction manual has some information left out

After testing it for a few minutes figured out how to use it.
Need a commit in the instruction manual that tells you when the preheat is completed, you need to touch the Start/Pause rotary switch to get the timer to take effect, if not the unit stays in preheat and doesn't shut down

It was great til it stopped working

I’ve had this roughly 2 months and it’s been great. I use it daily and then today when cooking dinner it just stopped and it won’t turn back on even as it’s been cooling down.
