Not intuitive with instructions and settings

It was not easy to follow with the instructions and the buttons. We have used it for cooking yet, but it took us a while to learn the panel and settings.

First one I purchased had an issue with the left door coming loose and the end of cooking tone not working. It always performed well and therefore gets the 5 star rating. I like the pre-heat ability, but you do have to manually push the START button to have it start cooking after pre-heat is complete. Makes sense since you have to put the food in first, but it is not obvious or documented. Cleaning the crumb tray is not easy especially after air frying something coated with oil. Having a non-stick surface would be ideal for the tray.
