I don’t use the cup charger in my bathroom as the plug is in the vanity mirror. Also I constantly have to put it in the plugged in cup to connect, constantly. Every time. Also I am missing a tooth in the back and it doesn’t register that I am cleaning that one area. Not super personalized and I am just going to give up using the app all together.

The product also includes two different brush heads (wide and narrow) which in my opinion focus a lot more on gum health, while the narrow head focuses more on teeth cleaning. Overall, I love the product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for the one I had previously. It’s a little different from the old one. Instead of 30 second intervals for a total of 2 minute brushing it now uses 6 20 second intervals. Other than that it works just as well as the old one. This is the third one I’ve had over the last 22 years. The Sonicare brushing system was recommended to me when I was experiencing periodontal disease. This saved me from having gum surgery and made my gum’s and teeth healthy again.

I recently purchased the DiamondClean Smart toothbrush. To begin with, the various modes allows me to choose the best mode for me. The thing I really like is the pressure sensor, which stops me from brushing too hard. The best part, during my last dental cleaning I was told that my teeth were in better shape than in the past.
