[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Original brush head on my barely 2 month old Philips 9500 is causing a power issue. My 9500 works great with a different brushhead but the original that came with, is causing less vibration nd the battery indicator drops from 3 bars to 1, with obvious power and vibration loss. Popped in another head and it works just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a first time electric toothbrush user and had to figure some things out. (e.g. you have to put the toothbrush in your mouth BEFORE you turn it on or it will vibrate the toothpaste off). I bought is because of gum recession. It says it runs for 2 minutes. Well, actually it's 3 1/2 minutes if you have it on "gums". Way too long! It's supposed to connect to your smartphone, but it's hit or miss and sometimes says you have to put it on the charger first, even though it's charged. I don't find the app helpful other than the initial feedback on my technique. Not worth the extra money for the smart feature. But once I got used to it, I like it. I do my femur neck bone building exercises while I'm brushing to make better use of the time so my exercises get done faithfully twice a day!
I used my first one till it died -about 6 years of daily use... then upgraded to this one. I love the older one, and this one has even more features... my dental checkups have been better than ever.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best toothbrush I have ever used. I have been using Philips Sonicare toothbrushes for years. I recently purchased the DiamondClean Smart toothbrush. To begin with, the various modes allows me to choose the best mode for me. The thing I really like is the pressure sensor, which stops me from brushing too hard. The best part, during my last dental cleaning I was told that my teeth were in better shape than in the past.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buying a Phillips Sonicare is the best decision I’ve ever made. I wish I’d done it far, far sooner. Cleanings are a breeze. I got this one as a replacement for my first one. So, even though I’ve only owned this toothbrush a few months, I feel it’s worth commenting on Sonicare as a lifestyle choice. I love the feedback you get from the App. Knowing how to use the toothbrush properly is so important for over-brushers like me who have a lifetime of power-brushing with too much pressure. Let the toothbrush do its job. You’ll be astounded at your next dental appointment! It’s even helped decrease tooth sensitivity to cold.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with this toothbrush, it helps me thoroughly clean my teeth and to take the necessary time to do it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for the one I had previously. It’s a little different from the old one. Instead of 30 second intervals for a total of 2 minute brushing it now uses 6 20 second intervals. Other than that it works just as well as the old one. This is the third one I’ve had over the last 22 years. The Sonicare brushing system was recommended to me when I was experiencing periodontal disease. This saved me from having gum surgery and made my gum’s and teeth healthy again.
