Ive had it for 2 days and Im completely satisfied. Amazing bass to vocals ratio. The price is a little on the high side but its worth it 100%

Highs frequency completely inexistent...

I have purchased a new jbl xtreme 2 blkeu, GG version, firmware 2.4.0 and I expected great things from this speaker but this did not happen...
1. I can hear a slight rustling from the speaker when the bluetooth connection is power on.
2. The high frequency are completely close (it almost seems that there are no tweeters) and the low range is over boosted.
Please, fix it with a new firmware version, with a more sound quality approach, and less spl

Worth the money

I bought the speaker 2 for my son and it plays great. He uses it with his friends and places it in the bathroom when he takes a shower. My boyfriend wanted something louder to play in the backyard while we eat and this size was bigger and the sound quality was great to fill up the backyard or play in our basement. All around a great choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wanted an outdoor waterproof speaker for listening around the pool. The JBL Extreme 2 has been a perfect fit. It is loud with great sound and the IPX 7 rating is great for around the pool. The battery life is good and the bottle opener on the strap is handy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have had it for several weeks now...should have bought it sooner. Great sound. It fills up a garage or patio/deck/backyard area easily. Love it!

Do Not Trust the Bad Reviews!

I bought this bad boy a few months back and now all of my friends have one! Mega sound, extremely long battery life, waterproof, and the strap is a life saver by allowing you to play your music while doing hikes, beach days, or walking the strip in Vegas.
And best of all, you can take it on the airplane with no issues at TSA!
I would recommend this to a friend!
