So you’re going to just delete my review instead of fixing the problem. I have purchased your product over a month ago, and still have not been sent the cables to use it. Pathetic!

Size overrated

I bought this last month for myself on St. Patrick's, and eagerly awaited the upgrade from the smaller speaker. Quality of the speaker is genuine but it performed as loud as the small one. Wasn't a bad buy, but good have gotten almost the same bang for a smaller buck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won't pair in stereo

I bought two xtreme 2's so I can pair them in stereo but I've nothing but problems having them play in stereo. Every time that are able to pair (which is rare), after one song it automatically reverts to party (mono) mode. They sound great and I would recommend them highly if you only get one.

This was bought for a birthday present for my boyfriend and he loves it. Had lots of issues placing the order. That was very frustrating.

FIRMWARE UPDATE PROBLEM

297/5000 I BOUGHT A JBL XTREME 2 SPEAKER 1 YEAR AGO, THE FIRST TIME IT UPDATED TO VERSION 2.30. 1 YEAR LATER, I BOUGHT ANOTHER XTREME 2 SPEAKER AND THIS NEW SPEAKER IS UPDATED TO VERSION 2.60. THE OLD SPEAKER IS NOT UPDATED ANY MORE. I USE THE JBL CONNECT APP ON IPHONE AND ANDROIOD AND IT IS NOT UPDATED
