Stopped working after 5 months

I bought this about 5 months ago and all of a sudden when I push the power button it won’t turn on. Waste of money

My relationship with JBL has come to an end.

I bought my speaker about 10 months ago and today all of a sudden the speaker won't charge, won't turn on after the battery drained to empty. Now I just have a dead speaker and a dead relationship with JBL after my Charge 3 suddenly died on me in similarly dubious circumstances.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please try to use a different adapter or cable to charge the speaker. Please check the charging pins if it is loose. The LED lights should be blinking to indicate it's charging. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support and we'll check your other options.

Returning my Xtreme 2

Having never purchased the previous Xtreme model, I was very excited to buy version 2. It sounds great! Very balanced sound with great bass response. My biggest problem is the max volume. We bought this speaker to play outside by our pool. The volume is maxed out and it’s unfortunately not loud enough. Reading other reviews and it appears I’m not alone in my volume complaints. It’s a shame because I really wanted to like this product.

Amazing quality

I got this as a birthday present for my husband. We are blown away on how crisp everything sounds. It can be very loud but not muffled. He loves his new JBL Extreme 2.
