Great sound, easy to operate, perfect on the go

I am so glad I bought this specific one and not a cheaper/smaller bluetooth speaker. The sound is fantastic..I take it with me in the bathroom for showers..keep it in my bedroom to wake up with some loud music..will be perfect for the garage working on cars and being on the beach

Please help!

I was playing music on my JBL Extreme 2 and my speaker turned off all on its own. I tried to turn it on using the power button but there was no response. I plugged it into the wall and 2 out of 5 LED's lit up, proving that the speaker still had a remaining charge. The power button also illuminate white but I am not able to use any of the buttons. I can not turn it off while its charging, connect to bluetooth, or connect to another JBL speaker. Essentially, my speaker will only turn on when it is plugged in, and even after plugging it in, none of the buttons respond. Please help.
