What an enhanced movie experience at home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the pandemic we were able to transform our living room into a movie theater!! The sound of this sound bar is spectacular! And the wireless conectivity makes everything easier to set it up for the movie and put it back afterwards! Simply amazing. Only con is the huge box it was shipped into, I could fit inside it. Haha!
I love the immersion experience. I detached the end speakers and have them plugged into micro usb electronic connections so I don't have to take them back and forth for charging. My problem is my 2020 Samsung tv doesn't recognize and provide an option for the Dolby Atmos. I have the system hooked up via earc hdmi.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor performance. Needs a reboot almost every day

Avoid! This needs a reboot or reset almost every day. Keeps loosing connection to the TV and network. Lookup this issue online. Epidemic failure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst soundbar. Total waste of money.

You can only pair one device and if you switch to other device then you can’t connect back unless reset 1000 time. It has software issues design issues and sound issues. Don’t waste ur money

Simplifies without sacrifice

I've only had wired speaker systems and decided that when I moved I would look into something easier to set up and move and since I had just moved and was in a temporary space, I felt that a sound bar would be my best option for simplicity. What I wasn't expecting was to find how good the sound quality could be. The detachable rear speakers are genius. It truly sounds like a much more powerful wired speaker system. I love the fact that there are zero speaker wires running through the house and I can place the rear speakers anywhere to get the best sound experience. Same for the subwoofer. Great sound and no wires! I had planned for this to be a temporary solution but I can see it might just be my main TV sound system going forward.

Great sound, wish it had more bass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The speakers sound really good, look sharp, and are amazingly easy to setup. They feel very well constructed and not cheap at all. The only downside I found, was that for the size of the sub, it doesn't shake the house or blow me away. The mounting hardware for the bar and rear speakers were very easy to set up and dare I say idiot proof, they really were simple. There is plenty of room for the cables behind the speaker so they don't get bent, but can still hide them. Hooked up the system to my Google home like a champ. They were found when I opened the app and that helped put them on the wifi for automatically updating. Watched several movies and the sound really did fill the room and a few times I did find myself looking around because I was hearing things behind me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So Bad

What a terrible experience. Bought this a year and a half ago at full price. Worked great until recently. Surround speakers now cut in and out constantly rendering the whole system worthless to me. Went back and forth for weeks with JBL support only to be told I'm SOL since it was after the warranty period (though they did offer me a 30% discount on another purchase). I would recommend everyone to stay away from this expensive piece of garbage and will likely never trust another JBL product.

Beautiful!!!

I have had a lot of experience with JBL hearing aids and I must say that I am very happy, the products have a good quality price. A year ago I bought the JBL 5.1 bar and it feels very good and Dolby Atmos as well. You win 5 stars for me and I'm sorry that despite everything you still have people who don't know about computer science and electronics like me, I saw a review that said: "there is the Dolby Atmos effect except on Netflix ", it seems obvious to me that Netflix does not support Dolby Atmos but only the 5.1 surround effect and they are two different things
