The JBL sound I expect.

I bought this model a few weeks ago. I haven’t completely installed it to its permanent home yet, but I have tested it out. Sound quality, as always, Is perfect. Set up is extremely easy. I do enjoy that this model connects directly to your Wi-Fi, and will update on its own through the Google Home app. The one thing I noticed that I found odd, When syncing the detachable speakers, it sends out a very high frequency which is piercing. But once it’s done, it sounds great.

Sad Day at Home

So excited to be let down. Put the song “cool for the summer” on to observe the sound quality with bass. Side speakers started to make crackled muffled sounds. 5 minutes and it was packaged up to be returned. So disappointed in you JBL.

Impressive sound bar

The sound from the bar has been very clean, bold and resonant, as I expected from JBL. The pairing with wifi and bluetooth took me some time, with JBL's help. The quick start guide shipped with the system is not detailed enough. Every time I start the TV, I have to press the TV button on the soundbar remote, to get the sound through soundbar. I also think the interruption in sound when you change from low to mid to high, for ATMOS, BASS or REAR sound modes, is a little nagging.

TERRIBLE SPEAKER

Terrible. EARC on this speaker goes out constantly and takes forever to reconnect. This is an absolutely terrible product and JBL should be embarrassed.

First, make sure that the cable connecting from the source device to the JBL Bar 9.1 is connected properly. Unplug the HDMI cable from the back of your soundbar and source device. Next, Unplug its power cable for about a minute then plug it all back in. You may also try to use different HDMI cables. If the issue remains, please contact our Customer Support.

Yes, we bought it a month ago and I think I want to buy another one because the quality is that good so I’m waiting for another special and I’m about the same one again
