Exceeded my expectations!

I had planned on buying this (Bar9.1) when I installed my new Sony 77" OLED a couple of months ago but got delayed and was happy I did. I ended up buying it for half price during a sale Even at full price. I would have been happy with the purchase since it does everything as I had hoped.
Of course I am using it for the home theatre aspect and that part is excellent. I don't think I'll ever set foot in a theatre again. My prior research said that it may not work great because the room has cathedral ceiling but it works fantastic.
The second reason I bought it was for sending music from hard drives on my computer to my living room (which are extreme opposite ends of the house) via my home network. At this it truly exceeds my expectations as it was easy to set up and has always worked flawlessly. I can not recommend this product enough.
If there is any flaw it is with the instructions rather than the product as they are very minimal.

Awesome JBL Soundbar 9.1

Very impressive Quality Soundbar 9.1. Moved into new home, wanting surround sound for TV, Movies etc. This soundbar's wireless, no wires required, gives excellent sound without having to wire in a system.
Not being a millennial and a little slow on the tech side, it took me a little longer to realize I plugged the HDMI into the wrong port. ( instructions a little vague for me). Once realizing my mistake, set up was plug and play. Synced automatically, immediately with TV and remote. Awesome product!

Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help. Let us try to isolate the sound issue with your JBL BAR 9.1 True Wireless Surround. If connected via HDMI cable, consider trying an alternative cable. Also, test the soundbar's performance by connecting through Bluetooth. If the issue persists while connected through Bluetooth, perform a reset by holding the power and source buttons simultaneously for over 10 seconds. If these steps don't work, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
