I’m obsessed with JBL since I was a kid. Tech evolution allows me to enjoy the great audio quality JBL offers. The Boombox 3 imo provides the clearest, crispiest sound a BT speaker can offer. This is now my 7th JBL BT speaker. An addition to my Go 3 for golfing and hiking, Flip 4, Charge 3 (x 2), and Xtrenme 2 (x2). Excellent BT speaker! Highly recommended!

I'm very disappointed that JBL has chosen not to make this compatible for Connect+ with some older models (i.e., my JBL charge 3).
I own many JBL products (a 500watt sound system, wireless headphones, wireless earphones, and portable speakers). I am extremely upset about the obvious attempt by JBL to push owners to replace older models to 'enjoy' software functionality (that they could easily make compatible).
I won't be buying further JBL products until they fix this.

The Bluetooth keep cutting out. i am not sure if its the app or the hard wear ? but you have to reset from time to time!

We’ve had this speaker over a year. It has always had Bluetooth issues. From random stoppage of music to not being able to connect. 50 percent of the time we can’t even use it or get so frustrated with its bugs we give up. We also have an extreme 2 which is solid and works 100% of the time which is why we felt confident in spending the money on the boombox 3. It was a very bad decision and I strongly DO NOT recommend this product.

The speaker is everything and more that it advertises absolutely phenomenal sound from a speaker that doesn't really look that big I'm very impressed with the quality the sound will blow your mind this is a highly recommended purchase you won't regret I had very nice Service as well from the good people at Best Buy thank you
