Sounds fantastic!

I bought the JBL Xtreme 2 from JBL as refurbished item. I was a little skeptical but it had a warranty, so I figured “what do I have to lose”. The wife thought I was crazy spending that much on Bluetooth speaker until she heard it for the first time. It has exceptional sound. I was worried that it wouldn’t be loud enough around the pool but there is nothing to worry about. We find ourselves turning it down because it’s too loud, and that’s at just over 50% volume. I can’t comment on the battery life or how well it holds up over time because we’ve only had it for about 10 days. With that said, I am very impressed and so happy that I chose this speaker. Well done JBL! Quality speaker and fantastic sound!!

I bought this product because I needed a speaker that I could take to the beach that was loud and could last all day. I had a smaller speaker for the beach but every day, someone with a louder speaker would set up right behind my chair and play the same song over and over again all day as loud as they could. It was so rude! On top of all of that, my old speakers battery wouldn’t last that long. All of my problems are solved with this speaker! Glad I made this purchase!

So versatile!

Rather than installing an audio system in my boat, which would have been several hundred dollars... I bought the refurbished JBL Xtreme 2 and hang it on my boat. The battery lasts all day and it's waterproof! Now I have a speaker I can take elsewhere, for way less than the dedicated audio system in a boat.

Great Sound. Battery wasn’t so great.

I bought this a month ago and I I love it. However the battery doesn’t last as long as I’d like it to. Turned my JBL speaker all the way up for 6-7ish hours and it was on one bar. I also don’t like that I can’t charge it in my car, if I’m camping or at the lake. Over all it’s a great speaker that puts out some amazing sound.
