Bass was not great, needs EQ IN APP, not very loud

Thought it would be a lot louder for the size of it.. but I’ve had similar speakers smaller than this go a lot louder.. pretty disappointed with it actually

I bought this fine speaker two weeks ago, and I'm glad that I pick one up for my next vacation to the island. It's extremely loud when you want it to be and it is just so convenient when you feel like you want to listen to some jam. I seriously recommend this for anyone who wants to get jamming. Charging the headset now does not exceed one hour, separates itself, although the charging light is available

Try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air or a toothpick. See if the power jack can be wiggled in the port and if wiggling it makes the LED light up, even if only briefly. This information is important for us to troubleshoot the issue.
