Only one thing that i don't like is charging. You have to carry with you charget, can't use any phone charger or wire.

I know JBL is known for their deep bass; not only does the Extreme 2 deliver that, it does it without compromising sound clarity/quality. The output charger and carrying strap make this larger speaker still great for portability. Will continue to buy JBL.

Perfect! (except no USB-C charging...)

The Xtreme2 has Amazing sound, I'm very satisfied with that.
But why, in 2020, does it use a LINE LUMP + CUSTOM PLUG charger?
Seriously, JBL. Make the jump to USB-C already. Please?
Power supplies are the kind of things that get lost on road trips. So I'm one "oops" away from having an expensive red doorstop because I left my custom JBL charger behind in the hotel room.

Power supplies are the kind of things that get lost on road trips. So I'm one "oops" away from having an expensive red doorstop because I left my custom JBL charger behind in the hotel room.
I love the smaller JBL Clips, and they charge great with my cellphone charger. Please step up to USB-C for the larger gear. Apple can run a 96 watt charger (search on part# "MX0J2AM/A"). Just sayin.
For extra credit: "AUDIO over usb-c" would be a treat; I've used the Extreme2 for videos on my laptop, and the tiny lag from bluetooth can be *super* annoying on movies. For simple music it works great, but lip-syc delay is a huge pain.
