I purchased my Extreme 2 about a year ago. Charger failed a month back. Trying to simply buy a new charger seems to be an issue and im getting the run around. Support is automated and unhelpful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought a refurb, and had to send it back. The sound was amazing, the bass is definitely there! BUT, the Bluetooth did not work well. If my phone got more than 3 ft away, BT quit. If I walked between speaker and phone, BT cut out. I have a Flip 4 as well, and this one blows sound out of the water! I could not link them because of BT issues, but Im betting it will be super cool when I can! Cust. Service was exceptional when I called. Walked me thru some basic trouble shooting, when that did not fix it, she sent me a return label. On to a replacement. First time I have had a refurb fail.
I bought this about 7 months ago and it was amazing and loud! But my charger or battery doesn’t work anymore it simply won’t charge and can’t figure out why. But overall great speaker just need to figure out the problem if it’s a battery problem or charger.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve used this speaker for a little over a year and it still sounds as good as the day I bought it. Sound quality is insane!!! Bass really hits hard!!! Can play music on max volume without crackling or popping like some cheaper options I’ve tried. The price may seem high, but this is 100% without a doubt the best speaker I have ever used. Best option for all genres of music. Definitely worth the price tag. This speaker is the king of longevity already beating out the other options I’ve tried over the same period.
I took it to the beach and it died on me within 8 hours. It says up to 15 hours so I need to find out why that happened. Yes it was fully charged.

So far so good. Bought it for my boat, the sound system sucks. So now when cruising I can hear the music. The strap is super convenient too. Absolutely love it
I thought I would hear louder soundscape but it’s nice material.

Bought this about a week ago to use on our boat, and couldn't be happier. Has a great sound, waterproof and highly visible in the red color (just in case it gets misplaced)
