It's so convenient to be able to use it an any surface without having to change any parts. It's also light and compact making it easy to store. I highly recommend, great vacuum!

I have a lot of rugs and the transition from hardwood to the rug is so smooth – it doesn’t miss a beat. I really like the shark vacuum!

Within minutes I had so much pet hair sucked up and I still had so much battery life with eco mode. I also love that you can take the battery off to charge so if I buy another battery I can hot swap for my time. The combination the tiny bristles and the rubber blades really do a great job. My new favorite toy!

The vacuum is easy to empty and easy to maneuver in tight spaces and underneath any sort of furniture. I would highly recommend this vacuum for anyone looking for a cleaning upgrade!

Powerful but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a big fan of Shark products and definitely needed a more powerful cordless vacuum. It was really easy to put this together, but once I assembled it (in less than 2 minutes) I was disappointed by one thing in particular. This vacuum doesn’t stay upright. It tips over because of the weight of the hand vacuum/battery pack. I tried going back to the instructions but it seems that this model (which doesn’t fold over) is not capable of standing upright unless you lean it against a wall. Even then, you have to be careful as it can fall. As far as the performance and technology, I found this vacuum to be very powerful and it did a great job of picking up not only big particles but dust that I didn’t know existed. It’s low profile enough to get under most furniture but if you need to fully position the vacuum into a tight spot, the upper part can get in the way. The Sense IQ technology is an interesting feature , though I can’t vouch for its accuracy just yet. What I really appreciated however is the crevice tool. There were so many areas that I was able to use this (this is when it essentially turns into a hand vacuum). I used it on my upper walls where there was random dust buildup, in between couch cushions, on chandeliers and on baseboards. It did a wonderful job of getting rid of dust/debris and it did so quickly. I will say that it is a bit heavy and I found my arm got a bit tired after a while. But still, I couldn’t stop using it. Also, I did notice that once I removed the hand vac from the vacuum base, the vacuum base stayed upright, and the hand vac can also be placed down in a stable manner. I do wish that this unit would not only stay upright with all its attachments in place, but also that there would have been a place to hang the crevice tool on the vacuum. Nevertheless, this is one powerful vacuum.

The cordless shark vacuum is great for my 7 and 9 year old to use alone to clean their carpets. I do not have to worry about them plugging anything into a wall socket since it is cordless. Easy to maneuver and gets the job done. They have at least 45 minutes to 1 hour off of one charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is awesome. It looks modern and is easy to put together straight out of the box. It comes with an attachment for floor surfaces and also a smaller attachment for getting into corners or to use it as a handheld vacuum. It has an energy saving setting, a normal, and a high power setting. You can set it to automatic where it will increase power automatically when it senses more debris or a floor surface that might require more power. The only thing I wish it had was a mounting bracket to mount the charger to a wall. The charger is just a cord that plugs into the side of the machine for charging.
