Better than before but still not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Improved on so many features that I was overjoyed to be getting a better watch than before. The improved sensors and added health technology I looked forward to. I wish it still had the MST available as not every business uses NFC, so having that would have made it cream of the crop amongst watches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the watch with understanding I could use it for Blood Pressure monitoring which I need to do for my health. After purchasing, I find out this device doesn't have the Blood pressure feature.
Device malfunction very easily, always changing to a different screen while you are looking at or using certain app
I have also now gone through 2 devices not wanting to charge or stay charged.
Overall, buy with caution.

Due to the US government regulations, the blood pressure feature is only available in select markets which does not include the US, unfortunately. If your watch's battery is completely discharged, it will not power on. You'll need to charge it before turning it on. If the watch will not power on, it doesn't seem to charge, or the light on the charger blinks, the problem could be anything from the battery, connection, the charger, or the watch itself. Check out the article titled, "Samsung smart watch will not charge or power on" to assist you in resolving what you have been experiencing with your watch battery. I have included a link below that contains the article discussed, for your convenience. Did you know that we also offer Samsung Care+ that provides physical damage protection to your eligible devices? Samsung Care+ is great for those unanticipated situations we sometimes find ourselves in, like forgetting your watch in the seat of your taxi on your way to catch your flight, having your watch stolen from your bag, getting caught in a rainstorm with your watch on and getting it damaged, to dropping your watch and shattering the watch face. Best Smartwatch I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this watch. It is elegant.The Galaxy Watches Pro has the best battery life of any smart watch I've ever owned. I can easily manage 2 full days before charging. I love the fitness features for tracking my runs and other workouts. I have the LTE model which allows me to sometimes leave my phone at home and still stay connected.

My Galaxy 5 Pro helps me maintain my level multitasking to the highest form. I am also very active and the health features and apps allows me to opportunity to track my activities and maintain a healthy life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had other smart watches, but this connect perfectly to my Samsung phone. Easy to control music, texting, and workout. One thing I don't enjoy is if I'm walking in circles in smaller areas. It thinks I've run a mile in 4 minutes. But the easy connectivity to my phone and control features on it is amazing. Battery life could be better and I wish when I'm driving the watch display doesn't turn in every time I turn the wheel of the car.

My first smart watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ever smart watch so I have no comparisons with another but I love the watch so far. I love the easy to remove magnetic band, the size, and shape. I've been using it more than expected, especially with the health features measuring my body compositions, sleep, steps, and tracking my workouts and hikes. I wish there were more workout options like kettlebells and skateboarding on the app but that's minor and doesnt effect the function of the watch. I've used the GPS when walking around an unfamiliar place and skipping tracks or podcasts without having to take my phone out. I'm a active person so I probably won't be upgrading to the Watch6 but will definitely keep my eye out for the next gen. As for durability, I have a screen protector and case on it so I can't comment on scratches or anything but I'm sure it's durable because of the titanium and no problems with the band so far and I've taken it to the river, beach, mountains, skateboarding, etc. The battery last me about 2 whole days using a lot of features and charges in a little less than 2 hrs. I also have had multiple people tell me that they didn't think it was a smart watch from looking at it. I highly recommend this watch, especially if you're an active person.

Great functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my watch for basic things like exercise tracking, calorie tracking, steps, sleep tracking (the main use) etc. It has great functionality. My only issues are that it's very bulky, the bands hold moisture underneath so the watch needs to be taken off to dry unless you want your skin worn down to blister by the band, it's hard to clean underneath with all the little cracks, the paint on my black watch is scraped off by brushing against walls and wood accidentally, despite the claims that it was so strong. It functions really well, but I've stopped wearing it all the time due to the small inconveniences adding up to make wearing it more work than it needs to be. A sleeker watch with less bulk and better material would make it S tier, but for now it's an A- tier for me. Also pls bring back the games on the watch.
