[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive loved running with the watch 5 pro. The detailed stats on vertical, stiffness, symmety are all amazing features that Ive never had with any other smart watch. The route tracking is also very cool and thankfully will be getting support for running/walking in the next update. Some other things I like a lot is hoe stylish it is because of its black finish and how durable it is. Ive smashed the watch against walls and doors and the only marks it has is the paint wearing off. Through all of this there are no scratches, cracks, or dents. Ive just started to get to the point where I run 5ks and the watch loses roughly 5-10% with constant heart rate monitoring. Unfortunatly the battery still gets annoying with everyday use. Dont get me wrong, the watch 5 pro has the biggest battery of any smart watch to date, but I still despise charging it every 2 days. If you want the sleep tracking, I recommend you just throw it on the charger when you shower so it stays topped up.
tldr: As a new runner this watch excels at tracking my runs and have loads of functionality for everday use. Has loads of stats for runs and supports audio apps like spotify. Battery is the biggest you'll find but the life span is still only 2-3 days with gps.
Very much recommend if you have a samsung phone!

Samsung with another cutting edge device

This watch is amazing, the Samsung health features that are built in to the device has something there for everyone.
The GPS tracking for hikes or trail riding has been awesome to have available.
The screen is clear in low and high light situations. The band that comes with the watch is durable and comfortable with a magnetic clasp feature that is really nice.
The customization features with the Samsung watch 5 pro is on point for a flagship watch that crushes the competition. Battery life is exceptional, I wear mine for 3 to 4 days until needing to charge it. The titanium bezel is nice to use for the slide features around the watch face.
Sounds quality for calls is outstanding. have asked people if they can tell the difference between the Samsung watch 5 pro and being on my Samsung S23 ultra, the consensus is that the difference is minimal and the calls work outstandingly well.
I plan on purchasing another Samsung watch 5 pro for my father for his birthday.

Excellent upgrade from Galaxy Watch 3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Watch 5 Pro from the Watch 3 45mm. I love the redesign with the touch bezel and lower profile buttons.
I use my watch primarily for fitness tracking, sleep tracking, scheduling, checking phone notifications, and setting and disabling alarms, timers, and reminders. The ECG feature seems to work much better than it did on my Watch 3 and the display is far superior.
I noticed that after upgrading, watch faces are no longer available through the theme store and the Wear app instead directs you to the Play Store. This takes some getting used to and I no longer have access to my wishlist or previous purchased watch faces.
All in all, I'm very pleased with the upgrade and have no hesitation recommending this watch for the fitness enthusiast or casual wearer.

Best Smart Watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start. I bought this as I was looking for a stylish, fully functional smart watch to track my sleep, steps, and heart rate. I got way more than I was looking for with this jewel. I can interface with my phone, answer calls, setup alarms and so many apps. I can also customize the watch face. This watch is awesome and I recommend it to anyone looking for all these functions and much more. I bought a face protector and you can also customize the bands which is so great. Get this and you won't be disappointed.

Thick but good

I do miss the real bezel but not entirely that much. New "bezel" is a cute idea but not at the expense of thickness.
The screen is crystal clear and virtually scratch proof. Plus, since it's recessed a bit, you'll never scratch it by laying it face down.
Sensors are good but the temp one is a waste...
All in all I really like it over my previous galaxy watch and watch 3.
