[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The performance on this model is exceptional and so is the battery. My galaxy watch 3 classic lasted 3 days, and this one lasts about 4 with is great considering it charges in about an hour from 5%. I wish they would continue to use the rotating bezel though.

Love the ease of use, easy to register using Samsung members app. Love that it measures your ekg, typical not a fan of silicone type watch bands, but the clip type on the pro i like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the watch 4 classic, it was a great device on easthetics, it looks like a real watch; a man's watch, not like the one one pulls a cereal box, or toy looking device that apple one sells. Then I traded in for watch 5 pro, then the watch 5 pro caught my eye on how well designed it is the size the weight like I said a man's watch. The battery lasts much longer, the memory, multiple apps that I don't have to pay, how it works nicely for selfies, recording voice, artificial assistant it's quick, I don't need to keep it close to my mouth and ears to speak on the phone mode and look goofy... The magnetic band it's comfortable and adjustable, I miss the spinning bezel. Overall I'm more than happy with my watch 5 pro. I love Samsung devices I dread every time I have to contact customer service, Samsung care its annoying, those employees aren't well trained and their English it's hard to understand. Major issues I have with care, there is not real customer service provided. Samsung devices, quality and performance excel my expectations and that the only reason I have stay loyal for many years to this brand. Maybe they should copy apple's way of keeping their customers happy.
