Everything that you need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch is solid while charged. Connectivity and function came in at five stars. The issue is the sporadic battery storage. Some days you at 48 hours of use and others around eight hours of usage. This would be slightly understandable if the usage was varied but I am comparing day to day operations at work. The battery has let me down more than once.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Your Galaxy Watch5 and the Galaxy Watch4 models come with their own power saving mode. When enabled, this mode will limit several options in order to save battery life, such as Always On Display, Wi-Fi, and screen brightness. You can also turn on Watch only mode.
