Great features, speakers do not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very simple to use. Many features calomg app, health features. Only issue si the speakers stopped working after a few months and samsund wouldn't do anything.

You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things.
