[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from a basic watch to the Samsung and am very glad I did! It fits my wrist so perfectly and people know it's a nice looking watch! I also have many accessories for it and would love a new thinner version maybe in the near future. I can't wait to use the new Galaxy AI features- I am a happy camper and will always like Samsung 👍🏼

Great watch with just enough features

Not for water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Pro watch, both watches had the same malfunctioning symptoms; water shorting while swimming workout, to which the watch would short, reset and loose workout data, screen would glitch out in water to become unresponsive in the health app. Screen is very unresponsive in the water. I do not like the stop/split/pause feature of the watch; delays too much! The metal clasp for the band rusted almost immediately, causing the metal to rust extremely.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. We also offer Samsung Care+ that can be added to eligible devices to provide physical damage protection for your investments. This powerful protection for your Galaxy life covers unlimited drops, spills, and mechanical breakdown. Talk about peace of mind! The Galaxy Watch5 Pro is not waterproof. It is, however, water resistant in up to 5 feet of water for up to 30 minutes, based on an IP68 rating and it's also dust resistant. We recommend utilizing the Water Lock Mode on your Galaxy Watch5 Pro to disable your touchscreen, wake-up gestures, and watch always on, if you intend to be using your device in and/or near water. For your convenience I have linked your device's user manual so that you can become better familiarized with the settings of your watch. Customizing your device will be much easier, too! SOOO00o much better than I expected it to be!

Before receiving it, I'd thought that because I always have my phone on me and look at it constantly anyway, the watch would just be superfluous, but it's NOT!!! It's just SOoo much easier and convenient than having to dig my phone out of my purse just to look at the time or read a text. There's seamless action across apps between the watch and phone! I just LOVE it! 🤩🤪🥳

I love how easily it tracks my workouts and the accurate heart rate monitoring. The bright, clear display is easy to read, even outdoors. Paying with Samsung Pay is a breeze, and the battery life easily gets me through a full day. A stylish and functional smartwatch that's definitely worth the investment! Highly recommend!
