[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this watch, fom the A1 giving work out suggestions, to helping me to monitor my heart rate , my sleep patterns and everything in-between. Moving reminders are awesome. Keeping track of stress, water intake, and food intake helps to keep me on the right path.

Also, the Galaxy Watch5 provides comprehensive body composition information right at your fingertips. From body fat readings to your Body Mass Index (BMI), you can access vital statistics that empower you to monitor and optimize your overall well-being. We understand that these features are paramount to our users, and we recognize the importance of a dependable battery to support the seamless functioning of the device. If you are still experiencing shortened battery life, it usually has something to do with your device possible not running the latest software version available. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this watch for all the obvious reasons of owning a watch plus it let's me track my sleep (or lack thereof) which is super helpful! What I love most about the watch so far is how durable it's been in my day to day at work doing construction and manual labor. I upgraded from the s3 frontier and love that decision plus it's lighter as well.
