Great features for avid health freaks!

Best watch for health monitoring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had some health issues. This watch was purchased by my spouse to help me monitor my health issues. The fact that it has helped with heart rate and stress, may have saved my life. I regularly check my heart rate on the watch. One day after a stressful day at work. I began having heart palpitations. The watch told me to stop and rest. I sat for a bit and my condition continued to deteriorate. I ended up calling my spouse who called an ambulance. It was found that I having a heart attack. I was able to go home after tests the next day. I bless this little device everyday that I put it on. I am a stubborn person, always thinking that it can't happen to me. Well it did, and this watch saved my life.
