Gamechanger in Health Monitor and Revival

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nov20 my spouse was diagnosed with Retinal bleeding due to high LDL. Got those watch on Nov22 as there is no immediate medical support available due to Thanksgiving holidays. I monitor his diet, sleep, heart beat, step counts and exercise function with galaxy fit 5 pro bespoke edition. Initially he was diagnosed with 20/40 vision due to high LDL now it got reduced to 20/25 within 2 weeks time. Doctors were shocked on how his issue got recovered with diet and exercise. Happy to have this watch as it's a game changer in my husband's life.
When I reviewed lot of watched for sleep tracking, found 5pro is best compared to galaxy 6 series. With sleep tracking feature I understand his sleep cycle stages and changed our dinner routines and following the recommendations for penguin sleepers.
I'm constantly monitoring his heart rate every day with ECG feature.
He does WFH so minimum walking he does during the day.now as this watch gives notification after 90mins of inactivity he leaves his desk and doing stretches.
I can say it's a life changer with its features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My galaxy smart watch is fantastic. I use it for everyday us . It's great for work to answer phone calls and messages. Not only that you can leave your phone home and still have a way to call still because you can get it hooked up to mobile data.

Got the watch 5 pro and it's great. I locked. Myself out of the house and used my watch to call for help. I play my games and surf the internet as well. Love both my purchases. Glad I got them.
