[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thought I'd use it more than I do, but I'm just not a watch or "things on my wrist" kind of guy. However, it is very comfortable, albeit a bit tall, and it has a nicely sized screen. The outer rim does scratch, but it takes a pretty hard hit to scratch it, so it shouldn't be a deal breaker. The screen is a beast though, that thing can take a serious hit and not even scratch so I'm highly impressed with that.
I want to give it a 5/5, but it's so hard to do that for me purely based on how much I actually use it. When I do use it, it's an easy 5/5 based on the features that matter to me the most for the kind of device it is. My main use caes are apps that use maps, physical fitness, turn by turn, notifications, and voice controls. Basically, if it does what I need my phone to do but I can do it while driving legally, then it is well worth the money. Only gripe is that it doesn't FIT into my life seamlessly, which is hard to overlook for something attached to my body.
I'm going to keep trying to figure out how to fit it in my life based on it's uses, maybe I'll upgrade to the 6 and try again.

Amazing features and so much versatility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device helps me work out, send messages, monitor my study time, use the stop watch and timer for experiments I conduct, place calls, text people, take quick looks at photographs.
I work as a doctor and do a lot of research and so I do not have time to look at my phone or laptop all the time. This device helps me stay on top of so many things without having to use a multitude of devices. It helps me multitask and provides me easy access to my other Samsung devices especially my phone.

Love it! No complaints

But definitely not as good as I was thinking from the ads for it.
It was my first smartwatch, been really nice having all of important things like calls, texts and emails come right to my wrist.

Workout analytics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my watch but wish I knew more features or explanations of uses. More importantly the workout features I had been looking for, comparable to my former watch, a Fitbit blaze. The hr / step activity tracking while working out is what I would like to be more accurate. If possible, additionally it would be nice to have programmed / cued / timed workouts on the app.

Convenience on my wrist!
