Constantly need scroll-speed recalibration

This is the most unusual awkward and frustrating mouse I ever purchased. It constantly needs a scroll-speed recalibration. It's either too slow or way too fast but the biggest problem is finding the sweet spot to scrolling down JUST ENOUGH lines at at time on a web page. (Usually it scroll down too many lines at at a time and this is very frustrating).
You need to adjust the mouse by clicking a circle button under the mouse and selecting combinaton of buttons on the side of the mouse.
I have own all kinds of mouses in my life (Red Dragon, Logitech, etc) but this is the most annoying and frustrating one.
Pros: feels great under your hand. Colours are cool. Can be adjusted.
Cons: scrolling down speed/space is very hard to adjust to find what you want. Too much scroll space mostly.
