[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality and build on par with Lenovo ThinkPad series. However, upon receiving the case - the dimensions were bigger than expected for a 14 inch X1 Yoga - the opening extends past the width of ThinkPad in order for the opening to seal via magnetic flaps. My intended purpose was a case/sleeve to carry my laptop on its own and or a sleeve that can fit easily in a larger bag.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well made sleeve that matches the style and design of my Carbon X1, but is way bigger then expected, especially considering the laptop just fits. Magnet closure buckles slightly when closed, and doesn't close well when other items are placed in the outside pocket.

Thinkpad 14" sleeve does not fit 14" X1 laptops

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 14" Thinkpad sleeve does not fit my 14" X1 Yoga Gen 8. The X1 is too tall for the sleeve, such that the magnetic closure cannot engage to keep the sleeve closed. Lenovo should have manufactured a dedicated sleeve to specifically fit X1 Yoga (or X1 Carbon which has virtually same dimensions). Also, the side pocket is too tight for charger, cable or mouse etc, maybe just some pens and paper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
