I haven't yet figured out how to put the batteries in. There are a couple of illustrations, but no text labels or description of how to install. The pictures are utterly meaningless to me, so at this point, the mouse cannot be used.
I have no idea if this mouse and keyboard are good or bad, or even works, because they were ordered January 19 and delivered Jan 23, but the computer they are to be used on is just now ( Feb 10) leaving China and won't be delivered until Feb 18 or later. HP has a thirty-day period in which an item can be returned, but this has now expired, so bad luck for me. Also, when I clicked to review the mouse, I was sent to the keyboard review by the site.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and the instructions are worthless, there is no clear pictures or text on which way the batteries go in. there is a graphic on the battery removal strap, but it is not marked which is top or bottom battery. there is blue topped plug thing, and not clear what to do with that. all in all, wasted money. but there is a disclaimer paper printed in 40+ languages, so the lawyers are happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking for something compatible for my laptop I called customer service they recommended this wireless mouse and it works great it’s exactly what I needed.
