[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the laptop. The only thing I noticed is it has a small graphics card in it. I don't recall if I was given the option to upgrade it when I built the computer. So, in hindsight, I am very disappointed in the graphic card I ended up with and now it's too late to do anything about it. Other than that, the experience and service was great. Just wish there had been more explanation about choosing the right graphic card when i was building it.

The usb receiver is blue which makes it easy to distinguish from other devices and I think that's a great feature. Along with hp's great customer support and peace of mind, I would definitely recommend.
